No — we do not claim every member is verified. Verification is available in the app, and verified profiles display the applicable trust indicator so you can weigh the signal before you invest your time.

Every profile and every conversation has a report option and a block option in the app. Blocking a member removes them from your view and prevents further contact. Reports are reviewed against the Community Guidelines.

No dating platform can promise that fraud will never reach you, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can do is verify members, act on reports, and be direct about the single rule that stops most romance fraud: nobody you meet here should ever need your money. If someone asks, report them.
